Sali and her husband Scott have been married since 1993 and have two grown children who truly love the Lord and serve Him daily. Sali is a hairstylist of 36 years and owns and operates her own Salon "Shadz & Co" out of their home. Her passion and soul desire is to be the hands and feet of Jesus, wherever the Lord calls her. For all who are impacted by this, she is called to share the light of Jesus in every life. "If I can be a part of helping rescue one victim, then I am the one blessed."
And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. - Romans 8:28

But when the kindness and love of God our Savior appeared, he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit, whom he poured out on us generously through Jesus Christ our Savior, so that, having been justified by his grace, we might become heirs having the hope of eternal life. -Titus 3:4-7

Jennifer Cohen
Director of Programing
Jennifer and her husband have been married since 2013 and have two vibrant and beautiful daughters. Jennifer holds a degree in Healthcare Administration and currently works as a nursing home administrator. In 2023 Jennifer felt the Lord call her to join Rescued & Redeemed in 2023 after learning of the devastating impacts sex trafficking and sexual exploitation have on the local community that her daughters were growing up in. Jennifer uses her gifts in administration and operations to facilitate programming and structure for the survivors that Rescued & Redeemed serves. Jennifer’s passion is to bring hope and healing to survivors and abusers to permanently break the cycle of this evil system.
Let love be genuine. Abhor what is evil; hold fast to what is good. Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honor. Do not be slothful in zeal, be fervent in spirit, serve the Lord. Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer. Contribute to the needs of the saints and seek to show hospitality. -Romans 12: 9-13

Director of Operations
A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, I relocated to the Chippewa Valley in 2024 with my husband, an Eau Claire native, along with our King Charles Cavalier Spaniel and two cats. With over a decade of experience in the Employee Benefits insurance field, I bring a strong professional background coupled with a deep passion for community service and nonprofit work. I began volunteering with Rescued and Redeemed in October 2024, contributing in the business office. The organization’s meaningful mission and the sense of camaraderie among volunteers have inspired my commitment to supporting its success. In my free time, I enjoy swimming, traveling, and reading.
For I can do everything through Christ,[a] who gives me strength.

Sara Dybvik
Survivor Advocate
Sara and her husband have been in the Chippewa Valley since 2017 and have enjoyed becoming part of a vibrant community that has so much to offer. They married in 2015 and are raising two young children to be on fire for the Lord. Sara holds a Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine and is passionate about integrative health care that can treat patients in a more holistic way. She met Sali and Elaine at a women’s conference; Sara knew the Lord was speaking to her but was unable to serve until getting through a difficult health struggle. When their card fell out of her prayer journal a few years later she knew it was time to get involved. She is deeply motivated to help our survivors build up their lives in a way that integrates them into society as a fully functioning, faith-filled member of both their own circles and our community at large.
“Do not fear, for I am with you, do not be afraid, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my victorious right hand.”
