Paula Winter

Paula Winter is a Certified Social Worker with a background in child protection. She received her undergraduate from UW Stout in Child Development and Family Life and achieved her Masters in Servant Leadership from Viterbo University. Paula has worked for Buffalo and Pepin Counties for the past 25 years in the field of Social Work with her last twelve years being the Director of the Human Services Departments in these two counties. Paula is married to Larry Winter and has three adult daughters. She resides in Eau Claire, WI. Paula strives each day to follow the walk of Jesus Christ who demonstrated dignity of all individuals with great love to those that mourn and suffer. Individuals victimized by human trafficking require an opportunity to heal. Paula is committed to Rescued and Redeemed as a course in providing a safe place for children that have experienced the trauma of sex trafficking and to find healing in the great love of Jesus Christ.
