All volunteers must be grounded in Christian biblical beliefs, have an established relationship with their Lord and Savior and will be expected to execute these practices within a work environment. Volunteers must have strong leadership skills, are able to fulfill their tasks, communicate well with team members and directly contribute to the success of Rescued and Redeemed.
